Dianna De La Garza will always remember the frightening news she got on July 24: Her child, Demi Lovato, had suffered an overdose .
Her phone began ringing continuously. Within seconds of glancing at the messages, De La Garza understood something awful had actually taken place.
“All of these texts began can be found in … text after text after text,” De La Garza remembered to NewsMax TELEVISION on Tuesday, confessing she “shakes a bit” when she reflects to that day. “I remained in shock. I believed, exactly what is going on?”
Eventually, De La Garza got a telephone call from Lovato’s assistant, Kelsey, who alerted her she will see numerous reports about the pop star’s condition. Worried, De La Garza required to understand exactly what was going on.

De La Garza rapidly informed her household the news and hurried to the healthcare facility, where her child remained in vital condition.
